You will drive productivity, manage scheduling, and uphold safety while maintaining customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and excellent communication to coordinate workflows, analyze performance, and train staff for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Auto Shop Service Manager or similar in automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and service operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using shop management software for records and scheduling.
• Analytical mindset to assess performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in automotive field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and service advisors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to standards.
• Manage shop workflow to optimize productivity and meet service deadlines.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate service appointments and maintain an organized scheduling system.
• Monitor inventory levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
• Prepare and analyze reports on shop performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
