Sun Auto Tire & Service seeks a Store Manager to lead a Slaughter, TX location, owning the customer experience, team development, and day-to-day operations. You will drive sales, manage P&L, and ensure safety and quality standards across the shop and retail areas.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive service or retail leadership, strong people skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement action plans to meet targets (sales, labor, gross profit).
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, labor efficiency, cost controls, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including receiving and returns.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
