Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management with a strong track record in sales, operations, and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Experience managing store performance, operational plans, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L‑related results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
• Ability to work in a process‑driven environment with attention to detail, accountability, and sound judgment.
• Comfortable using POS systems, basic computer tools, reports, and store performance data to guide decisions and coach performance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer‑first experience that builds trust, repeat business, and long‑term customer relationships.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance and retention.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute action plans to meet or exceed targets (sales, car count, gross profit, labor, and controllable expenses).
• Own store‑level P&L by driving revenue growth, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including receiving, invoicing, returns, core returns, and warranty tracking.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism, partnering with District leadership and Customer Care as needed.
• Keep the store clean, safe, organized, and compliant with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as applicable.
