Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in retail or automotive service management.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and goals.

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Willingness to relocate or accept placement in an open store after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team, set expectations, coach, and develop employees to achieve goals.
• Drive sales, monitor profitability, and manage expenses and shrink.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff in coordination with HR; conduct performance evaluations.
