Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a dynamic team member for our service desk, sales floor, and register. You will engage customers, schedule appointments, and upsell parts and services to help customers keep their vehicles running smoothly.

You should bring 1 year of sales experience and strong communication skills. This full-time role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays in a retail automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/auto service environment.
• Some sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with basic math for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, upsell parts and services, and process transactions.
• Maintain service desk, sales floor, and register accuracy.
• Follow safety and company policies, including cash handling.
