Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN is seeking a Service Manager to lead the auto service team, coordinate technicians and customers, and supervise parts, repairs and equipment. You will coach staff, schedule work, and ensure high quality service.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, safety and policy compliance, with opportunities for ASE certifications, training and Career growth in a large nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver’s license to test drive vehicles.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians per store requirements.
• Willingness to continue education in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate paperwork and financial transactions with front/back of house.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
