Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications and ongoing education.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians based on store needs.
• Must possess valid automotive driver's license for test drives.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and thorough vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to the front of the shop to facilitate product and service sales.
• Manage paperwork and financial transactions with adherence to company policy.
