Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers and oversee training of the auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty; resolve issues promptly.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and thorough vehicle inspections.
