Job summary

The role combines technical knowledge with people leadership to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring and training, maintaining standards, and contributing to store revenue through proactive sales and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current.
• Valid automotive driver's license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing all aspects of customer interactions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to the front of the shop to optimize revenue.
