Job summary

Bridgestone Americas' Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Auto Service Manager to lead a skilled team in a retail automotive service environment. You will manage customer relationships, coach technicians, and supervise parts purchases while driving service quality and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes scheduling, staff development, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution within a busy shop setting.

Qualifications

• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license at all times to test drive customer's vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing customer interactions, including proactive communication and follow-up.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and facilitating communication between back and front of the shop.
