Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and service personnel; plan, schedule, assign work, and follow up.
• Coach team on ISI systems, service standards, and process execution.
• Interact with customers on sales, service, and opportunities; handle adjustments.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of service department staff.
• Manage parts inventory and outside purchases per Tire Purchase Program, restock as needed.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of equipment and service area.
• Coach on wheel torqueing process and ensure proper inspections are conducted.
