Job summary

United Access is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead a high-performing service team focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer care. You will oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow to ensure top service standards.

Join us to drive service revenue, manage technicians, and coordinate with Sales and Parts teams, delivering outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive/service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• DMS experience required (DealerTeam preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
