Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in California seeks an experienced Auto Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our Bridgestone retail service center. You will lead technicians, coach staff, and ensure high-quality automotive repairs while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; a 2-year degree is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of auto service technical experience and 1 year in supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to lead, coach and recruit technicians and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring and training of the auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention and ensure quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions, follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
