Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager to lead our auto service team. You will combine repair expertise with strong people skills to manage technicians, coach staff, and supervise parts purchases, ensuring excellent customer service.

You will schedule, hire, and train staff and drive sales by communicating between the front and back shop, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license at all times to test drive customer's vehicles.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Manage all aspects of customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
