Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking an experienced service manager to lead the auto service team in a busy retail environment. You will coordinate technicians, manage scheduling, and ensure outstanding customer relations while enforcing quality standards and safety.

You will mentor staff, recruit technicians, and help drive sales through proactive customer interactions and service recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to solve customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license to test drive vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
