Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Auto Service Manager at our Pearland, TX location. You will lead technicians, coach staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while overseeing parts and service operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, inventory control and process improvements to drive revenue and service quality. A valid driver's license and ASE-oriented growth are preferred to support ongoing customer care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, etc.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing all aspects of customer interactions.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and facilitation of communication between the back and front of the shop.
