Qualifications

• Explain technical diagnoses to non-technical customers.
• Pursue ASE certifications within first two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs clearly to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Obtain/maintain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by the company.
