Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must be able to recruit and select technicians.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions, follow-up and issue resolution.
• Provide insights to boost front/back shop communication and sales.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
