Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 year degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum four years of auto service technical experience.
• One year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Proven problem solving when addressing customer complaints.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff based on skill.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
• Manage paperwork, transactions and store policy adherence.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to front of shop to support revenue growth.
