Capitol Hyundai in Northern California is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule repair orders, ensuring seamless workflow between service advisors, technicians, and customers.

You will implement an effective dispatch system, prioritize work, review orders for completeness, and maintain documentation with punch times. Hyundai experience is preferred and a strong customer-service focus is essential.

Formación

• 1+ year automotive dealership experience required.
• Hyundai experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly acquire in-depth parts knowledge for dealership brand.
• Well-organized, systematic, and detail oriented in carrying out job duties.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers.
• Must be results-driven, highly energized, and customer service oriented.
• Possess ability to support a Service team to top-level performance and create a world-class customer experience.
• Computer literate with well-developed information processing skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, DMV Check required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and scheduling repair orders.
• Ensure an efficient workflow between service advisors, technicians, and customers.
• Implement and maintain an effective dispatch system.
• Schedule shop work to maximize productivity per dealership policy and technician level.
• Prioritize and control all comebacks for prompt attention.
• Review repair orders to ensure work performed and documented.
• Document complaints, causes, and corrections with punch times.
• Monitor job status and update estimates with service advisor or customer.
• Coordinate parts requirements with Parts Department.
• Schedule maintenance for service department vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare lists of needed service equipment and repairs and review with service manager.
