Capitol Hyundai, part of the DGDG family, is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule repair orders across the service team. You will ensure efficient workflow among service advisors, technicians and customers while maintaining accurate documentation and timely communication.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of automotive dealership experience, with Hyundai familiarity preferred. Strong organization, communication and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive dealership experience required.
• Hyundai experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly acquire in-depth parts knowledge for dealership brand.
• Well-organized, systematic, and detail oriented.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers.
• Results-driven, highly energized and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule repair orders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Liaise between service advisors, technicians and customers.
• Review repair orders for completion and accuracy.
• Document issues, causes and corrections with time stamps.
• Monitor job status and report changes in time or cost estimates.
• Coordinate parts requirements with Parts Department.
• Schedule maintenance for service department vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare lists of needed equipment and repairs for service manager review.
