Friendly Honda in the Town of Manlius, NY is hiring an Automotive Service Dispatcher to be the communication hub of our service department, coordinating workflow, assigning jobs to technicians, and ensuring customers receive fast, reliable service.

You will dispatch repairs based on skill and availability, maintain clear communication with advisors and technicians, monitor progress, update repair orders, and help keep a safe, organized shop while providing timely customer updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive service environment (dispatching preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with shop software a plus.
