Job summary

Sanderson Lincoln in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Service Dispatcher to manage the service drive flow from arrival to RO closure. You will assign jobs to technicians, keep the shop moving, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining schedule and communication.

The role requires 1 year in an auto service environment, CDK/TCC proficiency, and strong organization. Full-time daytime hours with rotating Saturday coverage are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an automotive service department.
• Working knowledge of CDK and TCC, or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills under pressure.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders and notes.
• Preferred ASE certification or equivalent technical background.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill, workload and complexity.
• Monitor the dispatch board and rebalance work as needed throughout the day.
• Prioritize comebacks, waits, and loaner vehicles to protect schedule.
• Maintain capacity plans and coordinate same-day or emergency appointments.
• Document timely communication between advisors, technicians, and management.
