Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to join our leadership team at our Casa Grande location. You will oversee the crew under the GM, guiding daily operations and driving sales while ensuring top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Able to analyze, understand and guide financial objectives to boost sales and service.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct/appearance.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.
• Guest-first mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to drive revenue growth through guest counts and performance metrics.
• Coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Set a positive example as a leader and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates via internal training, coaching and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Handle inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and related tasks; work with the DM on initiatives.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and financial performance.
• Provide clear direction to the team and ensure the service center is clean, safe and presentable.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings and set the direction for achieving goals.
• Manage product orders to meet business needs and ensure a productive work environment.
• Performs opening and closing duties when GM is off.
• Maintain an engaged workforce aligned with customer volume.
