Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience

• Able to read safety and operating instructions
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team interactions and store meetings
• Coach and develop automotive technicians and CSAs
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts and expenses
• Ensure safe, clean, and presentable service center
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet demand
• Handle guest questions in person, online, or by phone
