Morrie’s Brooklyn Park Subaru, a Morrie’s Auto Group dealership in Brooklyn Park, MN, is hiring for a full-time Service Advisor. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, and coordinate repairs with the service team.

You will inspect vehicles for needed work, explain estimates and timelines, and ensure accurate communication with customers. Experience with CDK is a plus; strong customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem and gather vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for required bodywork and notify customers if repairs are needed.
• Secure customer agreement before repairs, review estimates and timelines.
• Advise on vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specifications using maintenance menus.
• Handle minor customer complaints and clarify misunderstandings.
• Track repair orders, call customers about changes in estimates or completion times.
• Answer inquiries by phone and return messages promptly.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and review services performed and charges.
