Qualifications

• No formal education requirement beyond high school.
• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by handling additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Schedule service appointments using the scheduling system.
• Obtain customer history and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
• Greet customers, collect vehicle information, and document needs on repair orders.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and other needs.
• Advise customers on car care and manufacturer specifications.
• Review Multi-Point Inspection and obtain authorization before repairs.
