• Respond to customer leads via phone, text, email, and online inquiries.
• Document customer interactions in dealership software systems.
• Work with service advisors to maximise appointment show rates.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service with every interaction.
• Follow established call, text, and email processes.
• Assist with service retention and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and appointment information.
