C. Harper Auto Group, Vernon, is seeking a Service Concierge to coordinate vehicle pick-ups, oversee maintenance appointments, and ensure timely vehicle returns. You will be the face of customer service, delivering a seamless automotive experience with a smile.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Vehicle transportation between homes and dealership, safely and professionally.
• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience during pick-ups/drop-offs.
• Utilize Driver Q App and related tech to manage pickups and returns.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery including cleaning and final inspection.
• Document movements and services accurately for coordination.
• Follow safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support service team.
• Collaborate with service team to assist with duties as needed.
