• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; multitask effectively.
• Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• Proficient with computers and automotive software/systems.
