Job summary

You will supervise service technicians, own the business metrics, and build a high-performing, service-driven culture focused on integrity and reliability for local customers and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience; automotive or service retail management preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and operational KPIs.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment (automotive, retail, restaurant, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and drive sales performance.
• Own and manage the center’s Profit & Loss (P&L), including revenue, labor, and operating expenses.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team of service technicians and leaders.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain facility and equipment.
• Build relationships with local fleet accounts and the community to grow the business.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and store readiness to sustain efficient operations.
