Job summary

Grease Monkey International is seeking a Center Manager in Georgia to lead daily operations, drive sales, and manage profitability. You will balance hands-on bay leadership with strategic oversight of revenue, costs, safety, and talent development while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will build a high-performing service team, implement consistent sales processes, and maintain strong fleet and local relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Automotive or service retail management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience grounded in trust and efficiency.
• Lead the execution of a consistent, high-quality sales process including vehicle health checks and service recommendations.
• Own and manage the center’s Profit & Loss (P&L) and control costs across labor, parts, and expenses.
• Oversee daily operations including service bay efficiency, scheduling, and store readiness.
• Build and coach a high-performing team, manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance.
