Job summary

Grease Monkey International is seeking a Center Manager to lead our service center in Spanish Fort, AL. You will balance hands-on shop leadership with strategic oversight of revenue, costs, safety, and people development to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• + High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of people leadership experience; automotive or service retail management preferred.
• + Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
• + Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and operational KPIs.
• + Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment (automotive, retail, restaurant, or similar).
• + Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling tools, and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance.
• Own and manage the center’s Profit & Loss, including revenue, labor, and operating expenses.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of service technicians and leaders; hire, onboard, train, and manage performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and facility maintenance in line with OSHA and company standards.
• Build relationships with local customers and fleets; oversee scheduling, inventory, and store readiness.
