Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a driving record meeting carrier requirements.
• Experience in automotive customer service or service advisor roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and shop management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and respect.
• Present service options clearly and schedule work.
• Explain repairs in simple terms for guests.
• Recommend services with honesty while highlighting value.
• Coordinate the repair process and maintain workflow.
• Ensure repairs meet specifications and quality standards.
• Provide shuttle service as needed in a CBA-branded vehicle.
• Support team and take on additional duties as assigned.
