Toyota South Atlanta is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule service work and sell additional services while delivering exceptional customer service. You will serve as the liaison between customers and our technicians, ensuring vehicles are diagnosed, serviced, and repaired promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Computer competency and basic math skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customer in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.
• Manage service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Check progress of repair; notify customers of changes and obtain authorization for additional work.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Distribute work between technicians according to policy.
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores and positive employee relations.
• Comply with policies and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
