Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, active listening, and rapport building with clients.
• Proficiency with computers and repair-order/customer-management software.
• Ability to manage time, multi-task, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to vehicle issues, explaining necessary repairs in clear terms.
• Schedule appointments, process repair orders, and manage workflow between customers and technicians.
• Provide cost estimates, advise on alternatives, and obtain approval for work.
• Convey customer problems to technicians and explain findings back to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and professional issue resolution.
• Handle paperwork, maintain customer records, and process payments.
