Holler Hyundai in Columbia, SC seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our dealership team. You will greet customers, collect vehicle data, determine service needs, write repair orders, and provide labor and parts estimates to help guide owners.

You will coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and warranty sources, uphold vehicle service standards, and strive to meet or exceed sales quotas while delivering quality, transparent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3-5 years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Pass background screening requirements.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, obtain customer and vehicle data
• Determine nature of service and/or complaint; promote labor, parts and accessories
• Provide estimate for labor and parts
• Write/adjust repair orders for technicians
• Coordinate with dispatch to track job status
• Communicate with customers when jobs are completed
• Coordinate with manufacturers/warranty companies for approvals
• Meet or exceed sales quotas
• Quality control by test driving vehicles when needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Formation

High School Diploma

3-5 years of dealership Service Advisor experience

Reliable Transportation

Valid driver's license
