You will greet customers, answer questions, sell services, and manage records in shop software while ensuring clear communication of estimates and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred.
• 1+ year sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell services.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Comfortable using computer systems and shop software.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional experience.
• Answer calls and assist with service questions.
• Sell recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Enter and track customer/vehicle information in shop software.
• Document service needs and obtain authorizations.
• Build estimates and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Work with technicians to review inspections and recommendations.
• Assign work orders based on availability and skill.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready and arrange pickup.
