Top Shop in Town in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a driven Service Advisor to manage the front office, greet customers, and guide the service experience from check-in to delivery.

You will write repair orders, present clear estimates, and communicate confidently with customers while coordinating with technicians to keep repairs on track. A strong sales mindset and 2+ years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor (independent or dealership).
• Strong sales ability and customer communication skills.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems across domestic and import vehicles.
• Experience with shop management software (Tekmetric, RO Writer, Mitchell, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume setting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the service experience from vehicle check-in to delivery.
• Write and manage repair orders for all makes and models, presenting clear and accurate estimates.

• Track approvals, follow up with customers, and maintain strong CSI.
