This customer-facing role requires you to welcome customers, document service needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow. You will schedule work, explain services, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, handling about 30 repair orders at once. Onsite at 846 Fulton St E, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional automotive service advising experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, and math skills (pricing/markups).
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to manage about 30 repair orders at once.
