Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for the service center.
• Create estimates and work orders; finalize payments; manage parts and show pricing.
• Answer questions about service outcomes; consult with Technicians.
• Explain repairs and costs; relay customer needs to Technicians.
• Maintain showroom and customer-facing items; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
