Mercedes-Benz of Denver is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring vehicles are diagnosed, serviced, and repaired efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires strong communication, at least 2+ years in a high-volume dealership, and familiarity with CDK. Draw plus commission and comprehensive benefits are offered in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor in a high volume dealership setting.
• Mercedes brand experience preferred.
• Dealership Advisor and Sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document vehicle issues based on customer input.
• Explain recommended services and repairs clearly.
• Present cost estimates and obtain customer approval for services.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bay availability.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Update customers on vehicle status throughout the service process.
• Provide accurate repair timelines and inform customers of delays.
