Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is hiring a Service Advisor in Union City, GA. The role focuses on greeting customers, promoting services, and providing estimates while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will follow manufacturers' schedules and warranty guidelines, schedule repairs, and communicate timelines to customers and technicians. The position requires prior automotive service advisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must be aged 18 or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturers' specifications.
• Generate and provide customers with a complete repair estimate.
• Communicate estimated completion time to customer and technician.
• Answer incoming service calls and schedule service appointments.
• Adhere to warranty guidelines and service procedures.
• Maintain CSI through honest, customer-focused service.
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and company policies.
• Manage in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
