Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advising or dealership settings preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive.
• Build strong customer relationships and create a positive service experience.
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the repair process.
• Provide concierge-level support for questions and concerns.
• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction and CSIS scores.
• Oversee service orders and manage workflow within the drive.
• Distribute repair orders between technicians.
• Assist with diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinating parts.
