• Advise customers on recommended auto repairs and provide pricing quotes.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and parts employees.
• Provide updates to customers on the progress.
• Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information.
• Maintain customer records.
• Schedule appointments over the phone.
