Reliable Chevy in Springfield, MO is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to greet customers and guide them from intake to release of their vehicle. You will listen to descriptions, assess repairs, and propose pricing with clear explanations.

You will communicate with technicians and parts staff, provide progress updates, answer questions about services and pricing, and maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to learn new techniques/procedures.
• Background checks and drug screens required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly/professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of the vehicle, and perform any additional follow up.
• Listen carefully to customer descriptions and assess the vehicle to determine the best repair plan.
• Advise the customer on recommended auto repairs and offer a pricing quote; Communicate with technicians and parts employees.
• Provide updates to customers on the progress.
• Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information.
• Maintain customer records.
• Schedule appointments over the phone.
