Jim Ellis Chevrolet Atlanta is seeking a Service Advisor to act as a communication bridge between customers and technicians, documenting symptoms and required repairs, and preparing repair orders.

You will verify warranty coverage, explain exclusions, and keep customers informed on timelines and costs. Prior CDK experience and general vehicle knowledge are a plus; we offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US with valid driver's license.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customer and technician to clarify service needs.
• Verify warranty coverage and explain provisions.
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, and deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders with symptoms and required services.
• Communicate repair needs and completion timelines to customers.
• Administer manufacturer warranty on qualifying repairs.
• Provide explanations for service recommendations and costs.
