Point S Redding/Palo Cedro is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main contact between customers and the service department. You will assess needs, recommend tires and services, and explain costs clearly while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

We value customer service, stable hours, and opportunities for training and advancement. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; prior automotive service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a Service Advisor.
• Understand service department processes and communicate with technicians.
