Qualifications

• Must be able to identify vehicle issues quickly and report symptoms clearly.
• Experience communicating with customers and documenting vehicle information.
• Familiarity with automotive systems and service procedures.
• Proven record of achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Experience as service advisor or related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow-up time for customers.
• Monitor progress of each vehicle and update customers.
• Verify final invoice matches work performed.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
