Job summary

Russell Barnett Ford in Winchester, TN is seeking a Ford Service Technician to join our growing team. You will perform work on repair orders, diagnose needed repairs and service components to keep vehicles performing at peak.

We value teamwork, customer service, and continuous training. Ford certification is a plus, dealership experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required to join our family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
Ford Certification is nice to have; OEM training accepted.
Dealership experience preferred; strong diagnostic ability.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, etc.
Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
